MD5 Hash for Junos Pulse 5.0.3 (44983) on Mac

We got Junos Pulse 5.0.3 (44983) downloaded from another website (university, not official www.juniper.net), and installed. (my fault) Then IT department told us to verify that whether Junos Pulse is the genuine one (not tampered), and it's very IMPORTANT for company network.
I've spent a day try to search every page from official website, but I could not figure out md5 hash for 5.0.4 (44983) version, there is only latest version from this link:
http://www.juniper.net/support/downloads/?p=pulse#sw

This is very important for us, anyone please help, very appreciate about that.

Generally, one would get hashes by having your system administrator go into my.pulsesecure.net and see the hash there. But to get you over the hump, here are the hashes:

I've run md5 with the file I've downloaded (fie size: 12,713,309 bytes (12.7 MB on disk)), and here is the result, which is different:

MD5 (JunosPulse.dmg) = 9381eb1859ac325469edc2258c0f6d38

Does it mean the file I've downloaded has been tampered (modified), looks like I have a very serious situation here !!!

When I check in Junos Pulse -> About Junos Pulse, I saw version is 5.0.3 (44983)

Looks like the version I've downloaded is 5.0 R3.1 Build 44983, which I've checked follow this link:

The .dmg that you downloaded has the same MD5 as the one downloaded from my.pulsesecure.net
