Mac Client Got "Failed to request user input" Error

I installed Pulse Secure Client for Mac Version 5.3.1 (587) on my MacBook Air which running macOS Sierra 10.12.6. After I setup a connection to a remote SRX firewall and click the Connect button, it failed and show the error "Failed to request user input". I try different location it also show the same error message. For the same remote location, I use the Pulse Secure Client for Windows on my Windows 10 machine it has no problem to connect the remote site.

Is it the Mac client has problem?

SRX connections are not supported on versions of Pulse past 5.1 and that may be part of the problem
It is also possible to configure the SRX to not accept Mac clients.

I would recommend opening a case with Juniper
