Mac client upgrade doesn't work

I have Pulse Secure Mac desktop client version 9.1.14 (13525). Every time I connect to the VPN, I get a message that an upgrade is available (which I'm guessing is to version 9.1.15). However, after I press Upgrade, wait for it to finish downloading, and enter my administrator password for PulseSetupClient, I am still left with version 9.1.14; nothing has changed. The next time I connect, I get the message that an upgrade is available again. I am on the lastest macOS 12.4.

can you confirm what is on the server for both the appliance OS as well as the pulse package version, please?
i am not (yet) aware of the macOS upgrade being broken; but software likes to break Smiley Wink
