Microsoft Edge stops loading Dynamics CRM when connected to Pulse

Hi ,

 

One of the users is using the Microsoft Edge browser to load Microsoft Dynamics CRM pages.

 

It works fine until he connects to Pulse Secure.

 

Then the dynamics pages stop loading with the error "No connection"

When he disconnected the pulse connection the page loads again.

 

Anyone had the same issue or know a fix?

@rherath Is only the CRM page that stops loading or other internet sites too? Does the user see "No Internet access" after connecting to VPN? If yes, then pretty much.. that's the issue...

 

What about Microsoft applications like Store, Outlook and other applications like Chrome, IE.. are they working fine?

Based on the error, it is most likely the result of a configuration on the vpn appliance that will prevent Edge, Outlook, Store, and other Microsoft and UWP/Metro applications from connecting
if you have not already done so, i would recommend a support case so we can take a look
