Missing component: Resource Catalog

Hello. I have downloaded the installation file from my university's website. And everything during installation was smooth and perfect.

But when I tried to open the website via Pulse Secure, it kept showing 2 popping-up windows indicating an internal error. And I found that when I opened PSAL, it said 'missing a component and needs to be re-installed. The missing component is Resource Catalog.

I have re-installed the whole software several times. But it didn't work.

May I ask how to solve this problem?

that is not something we have seen yet. if possible, i would recommend working with your university to have a ticket opened with our support team
