On Windows 7 checkOSVersion() reports: Windows XP is not a supported system.

I'm not able to instal Pulse Secure,
The installer report:

[2018/12/21 14:10:50] checkOSVersion() Windows XP is not a supported system. quit installer 
Even If I am on a Windows 7 system.
I have checked the bynary and the flag "Run in compatibility mode" is not set.
Can yuo please help me.

i think the only time i have seen that when compatibility mode enabled
please open a case with support
