Password window should not be always on top

I have a useability issue that when the Windows Pulse Client asked you to type in a password the window is always on top of all other open windows even when it doesn't have focus. Several times, when not paying close attention, the password window pops up, I type my password and hit return only to find that I just typed my password into the Slack instant messenger client that was hidden behind and have just posted my password on a public forum! It should be easy to fix this by not making the password window always on top so that when it doesn't have focus for input it won't obscure the window that does have focus. I've seen other people post their passwords too, so I know its not just me.
