Persistent upgrade prompt despite having latest client version

Ever since I upgraded to version 9.1.11 (running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6) I keep getting upgrade prompts every 2 -3 minutes making it impossible to work.

 

How can I stop this?

 

I use Pulse Secure via my University and have no admin privileges. University support was not able to help me.

i do not think we have seen reports of that
can you ask your support team to open a case with us, please?
can they confirm, in the meantime, if they are using 9.1R11 on the server?

@veronicamb So that means your VPN connection is dropping and silently reconnecting every 2 - 3 minutes? Please check the advanced connection details (right click on the connection) and check if it resets to 0 for every 2 - 3 minutes.
