Problem adding connection Pulse secure version 9.1r15

Hello
since the transition to version 9.1r15, we have a problem
1- empty connection interface (impossible to add a connection)
2- pulse secure event observer error:
- The Pulse Secure service failed to recover TMService plugin.
- The Pulse Secure service failed to recover plugin iveAccessMethod

do you see this after removal and re-install?
what is the client os?
is this on all systems?
can you manually start the service?
how are you deploying/installing the client?

Absolutely,
1- uninstall and reinstall still the same problem!!
2- upgrade from PulseSecure_9.1r14 version to 9.1r15.0-b15819, the connection interface does not appear, cannot add a connection. in the menu: file/connection/add is greyed out!

are you installing with a preconfig file that does not allow you to control the connections? (i am guessing not, but i wanted to check)
if you have not done so, please open a case with our support team.

do you allow users to add connections? if not, this is expected.
if you install WITHOUT the preconfig, does it work?

Hello

Yes absolutely I allow users to add connections..

I installed without the config file it is always the same result (impossible to add a connection. one strange thing: the pulse secure service is started automatically but in the taskbar (the pulse secure service is not started)
