I have seen posts about this in this forum but it was happening on Windows.
I'm having this problem only I'm on a MAC:
Macbook Pro
OS 10.14.16
I had it briefly about a month ago, but it seemed to have just fixed itself after waiting a minute or two.
But not this time, I can't seem to do anything that will make the window appear.
Please advise.
Never mind. I am trying to get support on another product names Pulse.
