Pulse Issue with Remote Desktop

Prior to Jan 2018, an Admin user was able to RDP (as the admin) into a VPN user's machine and fix any issues with the machine.  Now, when an Admin attempts to connect, the VPN session is immediately closed as soon as the Admin starts to log in.

 

Any ideas?

In January did you upgrade to 5.3 or 5.2R9?
Is the user session still active when the admin user logs in over RDP?

Can you check if the user is being disconnected? We may be having a similar issue, and in the logs we see the user is being disconnected, which would kill the VPN connection as well.
