Pulse - No Realm Selection

Hi all,

We normally have AD joined laptops connecting to Pulse.

I am setting up a Azure joined laptop. I'm using the same config file for the client.

For normal users, when they connect, they are prompted to select a realm to authenticate against.

When the Azure laptop connects, it just prompts for a username and password. Is there any reason for this? Is there something I should be checking?

You must have configured Prelogon (credential provider) or certificate authentication (domain joined laptop) so you're not prompted for credentials when login into the endpoint for AD and not for Azure.
