Hi,
since a few days I cannot connect to VPN. Pulse Secure hangs on checking compliance. I have upgraded from 9.0 r3.0 (1559) to 9.0 r3.2 (1667) but that doesn't solve the problem. A new installation didn't work either. When I stop, exit and restart the Pulse Secure Client it freezes.
The problem could be caused by the configuration of my MacBook Pro, as it works fine with other devices (Windows or macOS).

in the meantime, I've found the problem. We have PaloAlto Traps as endpoint solution and the last upgrade to the version 6.0.0.1455 caused the problem of the host checker not being able to start.
I haven't seen any entries whether on the PSA-3000 debug log nor in the PaloAlto Traps logs.

What happens if we exclude PulseSecureService.exe and HostCheckerService.dll file from the Antivirus realtime/on-demand scan engine?.
PulseSecureService.exe - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Pulse Secure\JUNS\PulseSecureService.exe
HostCheckerService - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Pulse Secure\TNC Client Plugin\HostCheckerService.dll
If possible, please exclude the entire folder/sub-folders "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Pulse Secure" and check the behavior.
