Pulse Secure Application Launcher cannot be found after installing.

When I want to connect to my company the system states that there is a server connection issue and that it can't find the PSAL. After dowloading and installing PSAL the same error arises, time and again. I also can't seem to find the location where PSAL is being installed. It's not in my applications folder. I'm on OSX by the way. Can anybody help with this issue?

After some further investigation it seems that the PSAL doesn't install. After removing the diskimage nothing is to be found on the install disk. No logs are being created, just nothing.... However after running the install again, it says it has succesfully installed, but again nothing anywhere to be found....

We have having the same issue with some of our users who have MacOS. It tries to search for the launcher and never loads and just goes back to the screen where you can choose your terminal services session.
