Hi,

I have PulseSecure client 9.0.2 installed on my Macbook (running MacOS 10.14.4)

I encrypted my hard disk and also installed Symantec Norton Antivirus

However, the Client fails on compliance check with the following error:

Your computer's security is unsatisfactory
Your computer does not meet the following security requirements. Please follow the instructions below to fix these problems. When you are done click Retry. If you choose to Close without fixing these problems, you may not have access to all of your intranet servers.

Antivirus 

Instructions: No instructions are available.

Reasons: No rules are configured for the Mac platform.

"No rules are configured for the Mac platform", it seems that the enforced Host checker policy does not have any valid rules/checks configured for Mac machines, which is causing the connection attempt to fail.

Please check with your VPN administrator for correcting the host checker policy, as it's a misconfiguration on the VPN server side.

as [email protected] indicated, the host checker requirements on the realm or role do not have rules in place for macOS clients. it is possible that there are additional rules beyond encryption and AV that need to be adjusted
