Pulse Secure V.9.0.3 B1599 and macOS Mojave - Status: Waiting to connect - up to 1-2 minute(s)

I wonder if someone has come across this issue. When i do a connect request, status: waiting to connect, it takes up to 1-2 minute(s) until a successful connection is available. Every day without a reboot of macOS extends (worsens) the time window until a successful connection is available. After a reboot of macOS a connect request and a successful connection are delivered within a couple of seconds. How have you solved this?

Hmm... I have not seen this behavior with my Mac machine (10.14) which happens to be running on same version of Pulse Client.

What message was displayed below the URL, when you expand the "Waiting to Connect" status.

No, this issue is not related. What you are reporting is something different; please open a case so we can try to narrow down what is happening. are you seeing this 100% of the time or intermittent? i _think_ i have this on my system and it is intermittent.
the issue in KB44000 is your network access speed even when the VPN is not connected

Yes, you are right, KB44000 does not fix my issue.
I have to be more precise. I upgraded to V9.0.3 (1667) and when i make use of macOS
"sleep mode" during night it takes rather long next morning until i get vpn reconnected.
V5.3.7 gets vpn reconnected within 1-2 seconds in comparison to V9.0.3. Why?

I upgraded my MacOS to 10.14.4 (Mojave) this morning. I am testing if Pulse Secure 9.0.3 (1667) and 10.14.4 (Mojave) and "Sleep Mode" and Wifi behaves differently now.

No major issues since upgrade with MacOS 10.14.4 (Mojave) and Pulse Secure 9.0.3 (1667) apart from
MacOS users making use of "sleep" feature together with Wifi which leads to 1-2 minutes for
successful reconnection.

as far as the 1-2 minute connect time, do you have always on VPN or lockdown enabled?
