Pulse Secure app launcher error

Hi, Can someone help me with this issue (the following information from the log file) :

how can i fix this issue ?

Is this problem happening on Windows clients only?

Could you try add the Entrust Subordinate Certificate L1K to your the certificate trust lists on Windows machines, see screenshot on link [1]? 

To do this, download the certificate from here [2] and from a machine running Windows run certmgr.msc and add the certificate in here: Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates

Does someone have a fix for this issue. I'm seeing exactly same issue in the logs

@subhashs: what version of the client and pcs are you using? if it is 9.1r8-9.1r11.2, it is highly likely due to the code signing certificate expiration (see https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB44781)
