Pulse Secure application launcher error on Windows 10 Pro

After I downloaded the Pulse Secure VPN on my clients website on a Windows 10 Pro Laptop, followed by Pulse Scure Setup Client but then I get a popup saying:

The server configuration requires the application to be 
pre-installed on your machine.

Detected an internal error.
Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.

Is there anyone or a Moderator who can help me with this? I have the debugging log for Mods if you need to take a look at it.

I have tried to uninstall and re-install but it still shows the same error.

Solved: I manage to download another Pulse Secure from another website using it and that Pulse Secure worked for me.
I assume that the Pulse Secure on my clients website might not be working properly.
