Recently I started using Pulse Secure on second computer. I have noticed that sound and mouse started to behave differently - I hear crackling, pointer does not follow mouse moves immidiately. It happens even if I am not connected. At first I thought it is hardware issue, checked drivers and LatencyMon, unplugged every device that was not necesssary. Finally I reinstalled Windows and problem disappeared. At least until I connected to remote computer via Pulse Secure - Interrupts jumped to 2% again and mouse responds slowly. Can you provide some help?
