My macbook refuses to download the VPN through the direct link I have gotten from my university. It gives the following error: There has been an error during the installation. Because of the installation program an error has occured during the installation. Please contact the manufacterer of the software. I have tried everything, it is not the anti-virus software nor the privacy settings blocking the installation. What do I do?
