Pulse Secure installation roll back on windows 10

Hi, i'm tring to install Junos Pulse Secure 5.3 on a Windows 10 64 bit laptop but the installation rolls back whitout any message.

I've googled and already verified this suggestion pingtool.org/junos-pulse-vpn-client-install-issue-roll-back/ without success.

For your information in my laptop there was already a junos pulse installed from the windows store that i've unistalled.

Any suggestion?

If you go through the registry, can you remove all instances of Pulse Secure and test?
Can you open a case with the support team for this, please?

Hey,

I also faced this issue it was due to the antivirus that i used Kaspersy software can also cause this issue, see kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB40851 and kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB40933 .
