Pulse Secure issues on Windows 7

Hi,

some of our users having trouble using the Pulse Secure 5.3 Client on their notebooks.

OS is Windows 7 Professional

Pulse Secure Client Version is 5.3

Here is the log entry..

Can anyone help here? Don't know what this error message from the log mean.

From the logs, it seems that the "uiProvider" (one of the plugin) is not registering properly, hence it will not be initialized/loaded.

How the pulse client was deployed to the user machines?

What behaviour is being exhibited by the pulse client, when the users attempt to launch and try to Connect?

as [email protected] mentioned, that is a generic message and does not indicate a failure with the client?
are there any obvious differences in the Win7 clients that are working and those not (e.g. AV, FW, other VPN clients, virtualization softwares)?
