Hi,
I am on Windows 10. I've upgraded the Wifi Drivers, upgraded Pulse Secure Desktop clients, tried different ISP Provides, with the same and different routers, but Pulse keeps killing my Wifi. It works just fine through Wired connection. It just kills wifi though.
I dont have Hyper-V enabled...I've followed most of the suggestions given in the forum here and also found that a lot of people are facing the same issue.
Actually if it were not a work requirement, I would never ever use this Pulse Secure. It's truly irritating.
I hope my organization moves away from Pulse, but till that happens I have no other go.
Anyone else has managed to fix this issue? May be I missed some suggestion.
@pritesh: We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Pulse Client. Just to confirm, when you got connected to VPN, you're not able to access any resources through Wi-Fi connection and the same setup works when you're are connected to LAN, is that correct?
If yes, please confirm your Wi-Fi driver model. You can check it under Network connections >> Wi-Fi adapter >> Right click > Properties >> Model name like "Intel Wifi driver 9xxx AC 150Mhz".
I am having the same issue. I have now had 2 different brand new Surface Pro 7 devices in which this issue has manifested. the hardware is Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz driver version is 21.40.1.3
when I connect to the VPN using pulse secure my host computer wifi download capability drops from 250+ Mbps to 250 Kbps as tested by speedtest.net while upload speeds remains stable at my network speeds, connectivity into the VPN and remote desktop is uneffected and download capabilities inside the remote desktop work fine. As soon as the VPN is disconnected speeds return to normal
Would like to jump on this thread in case there's an answer. I'm having the exact same issue on two brand new Dell XPS using the killer wifi 6 AX1650X
We've updated drivers, went to the killer site and downloaded specific drivers to try.
The workaround option 1 seems to have worked for me at this time. I will try again when connecting to different networks when I have the opportunity and report back.
Workaround one works for me (Intel AC-9560 wireless adapter), driver version 21.30.3.2
I have this same issue and just tried option1 and did not solve it. Tried with LAN adopter and Pulse also kills that too. Is there any other solution?
Did you try the Manual method (Solution#2) as per KB43833 and still observing the issue?
This issue should only affect Intel 9560, 9260, AX200 160Mhz Wifi, LAN connection should be unaffected.
are you using these Wifi models?
