None of the above methods useful to mac book pro. I am facing issue. Please suggest me

Did you try the Manual method (Solution#2) as per KB43833 and still observing the issue?

This issue should only affect Intel 9560, 9260, AX200 160Mhz Wifi, LAN connection should be unaffected.

are you using these Wifi models?

@lamdg @satish KB43833 will not apply for macOS. After connecting to Pulse Client, right click on the connection >> advanced connection details >> Do you see bytes in/bytes out getting incremented?

Should the Internet traffic routed through the VPN tunnel? Is it Full tunnel?

After disconnecting from Pulse Secure VPN, can you check if you have correct DNS servers assigned on your Wifi interface? What is the Pulse Client version?

I tried Method #2 on my W10 HP Elitebook laptop and it works only intermittently. No difference before change.  You have to reboot multiple times before it works.

No Internet after connecting on Pulse Secure.

Working from home:

Use Check Point Mobile to connect to my work (to gain internet access and work network).

Using Pulse Secure to access client site (I am a Dedicated Support Engineer for this client).

When using the troubleshooting tool in Windows, it usually points to a DNS error which is bogus as after multiple reboots it connects.

I have multiple computers on my home network that do not have DNS issues.  I have reset the router till I was blue in the face.  It is the Pulse software.

Pulse Secure v1.6.4.0

Been fighting this for months and this is really old and I need to access my client site daily.

The adapter is an Intel(R)Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz.

Re: Pulse Secure latest version kills my wifi. Noticed this across different Internet providers.

@shadowrayz Intel AX200 is having compatibility issues with Pulse Secure Client, KB43833 should help in resolving the same (unchecking the JUNS on the Wifi adapter). BTW, Pulse Secure v1.6.4.0 doesn't seem to be the right one though.

Did you try to install the latest client 9.1R8 which does have some bug fixes related to DNS not restoring on the physical interface after disconnecting from the VPN.

NOTE: You have to follow the KB43833 manual steps for Intel AX200 series cards.

Re: Pulse Secure latest version kills my wifi. Noticed this across different Internet providers.

I wanted to give a "heads-up".  This problem affected me a couple nights ago.  I at first thought my router was going bad.  It wasn't until hours of testing that I found that it was the Pulse Secure software being connected that caused my entire network to "brick".  What's different about my setup is that my computer is over LAN, not WIFI.  These are the software/hardware specs I have running in which this problem showed up:

Windows 10 Pro x64 / version 1909 / OS build 18363.1016

Intel GbE LAN chip (10/100/1000 Mbit) 1219-V / Driver Version 12.18.8.4

Pulse Secure v. 9.1.3 (1413)

Router ASUS GT-AC5300 / firmware 3.0.0.4.384_82037

My computer installed Windows updates a few days ago and I haven't attempted to hook into the VPN until a couple nights ago when I started seeing connection problems.

I followed the instructions for the KB43833 article - Solution #1 - Method #2, and this fixed my problem.  There were at least three instances (removed from my Hyper-V adapter as well) where I disabled the Juniper network.  Once I disabled, my router and traffic finally started flowing as it should.
