I use Pulse secure to connect to my office network. Recently i am not able to connect pulse secure from home internet. I get "No Network Access" error when pulse secure is connected. Even though pulse secure status says connected i am not able to access any of office network sites or folder. Can you please help with this issue?
P.S :I am able to connect Pulse secure through my phone hot spot not through my home internet.
Can you share the "Advanced Connection Details" under File once you connect from your desktop? You may be connected but the tunnel type or encryption method may not be supported. It would also be helpful to include ipconfig (or ifconfig) output to see your IP addresses etc.
I'm having a similar issue. My VPN when trying to connect to my home network just gets stuck in "connecting" status but never actually connects. One workaround I found was I connected to my hotspot on my phone, then into pulse then switched back over to my home network. However, would prefer to not have to do this workaround every time so was hoping there may be some sort of other fix for it.
I did just recently changed my service provider and Pulse worked just fine with my old provider so thinking the issue is with that. Let me know if you have any ideas!
