How do I get pulse-win-9.1r14.0-b13525-ARM 64 bit-installer.msi? My IT admin doesn't even understand what an ARM processor is and I'm trying to get this surface pro x working.

Here to confirm after testing - The  ps-pulse-win-9.1r14.0-b13525-ARM64bit-installer.msi  version works! But is x86 emulation on surface pro x not ARM64
