Pulse Secure on Surface Pro X (Windows 10 on arm64)

I downloaded and installed Pulse Secure from your version. It's installed successfully but always waiting on connecting state. no error but also no connection.

I am using on windows 11 (arm based) with parallel desktop.

I guess you have the same problem with me
I downloaded the Windows version for ARM at here:

https://its.pku.edu.cn/service_1_vpn_client.jsp
https://its.pku.edu.cn/software/ps-pulse-win-9.1r14.0-ARM64bitinstaller.msi

And I tried to connect using that version at M1 Pro Macbook with Parallel desktop, it keeps connecting. I checked the log and it stated that missing driver "jnprTdi".

I installed via these links but still same. What should I do for missing driver jnprTdi?
