Pulse Secure v9.1.15 (15821) disconnecting randomly, change in routing table Help

Not quite sure what is causing this on a Corp laptop.

Have udpdated to the latest drivers, nothing installed recently and noticed the disconnecting only a month ago.

These are the messages in the logs which show up. Not quite sure what if anything is causing the route to change. Monitoring the routing table before and after a disconnect shows no changes in the routes via CMD prompt and NetrouteView tool. No way to trace down a process making changes. Nothing in the system logs indicates routes have been changed.

This WIFI NIC is Intel AX201 160Mhz on Windows 10 21H2.

Any tips or suggestions is appreciated.

The connection CRAS VPN (ID a99d26de-1b4a-4777-9977-c958f9301f31) was disconnected due to change in routing table. Interface address changed from 192.168.1.48 to 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

that message indicates that something else on the system is making changes and giving you an ip address of all zeros
what is your dhcp lease time?

can you ask them what their dhcp lease times are and if the message is happening around the time of a renewal?

Thanks for the feedback, DHCP lease expires 2-3 days out this is occuring on the same day.

I borrowed a loaner laptop and tested it alongside my own laptop and it behaved the same.

Nothing on the laptop should be changing the routes or IP. And both laptops doing this seem very odd and on a wired connection. I also used my phone as a hotspot and it behaved the same so it is not the ISP.
