Last week my Bitdefender was updated to the latest version (126.96.36.199), and while it's listed on the compatible version with Pulse Secure, I received a message that my PC security is unsatisfactory. But don't worry it's says, you can run an online scan with Microsoft Azure or RSA. Perfect, I thought to myself. The scan was completed, but Pulse Secure kept loading, until after a while it said no connection.
I reset my browser settings (Edge), clear catch, re-installed Citrix and Pulse Secure and still nothing. But then I created a new windows 10 user account and it worked! One time, and then the same issue So I created a new user, And it worked also one time. Now I need to swtich between users every time.
Any idea why it works on one user but not on the other, and how I can fix it. The last thing I want it to remove Bitdefender.
Well, the end user can't raise a ticket. Only the company's IT.
anyway, I'm using my old laptop now with windows defender. If it's not updated, Pulse Secure won't run as well. So it's definatly not my PC, but the software itself.
