Re: Pulse Starts by Itself and Won't Close

I'm running version 9.1.11 on a Mac which is running High Sierra (10.13.6). Starting about 2 days ago, Pulse will intermittently start by itself, and will not allow a close. I have to go to the Activity Monitor to force a close. Anyone have any suggestions?

pulse does currently restart automatically if it is terminated
do you know if always on VPN has been enabled for you?

No, I don't know if Always On has been enabled. This problem just started after using Pulse for over a year. How do I turn in a ticket?

when you attempt to close it, do you see an error?
please open a case with our support team so we can check the logs.
