Pulse for Mac client (9.1.15, 15821) not working

I'm having trouble using the pulse for Mac client, I can't use any resources after connecting. But there is no problem when using win client. (using the same account)
Device PSA3000-V Current version: 9.1R4 (build 4763),
Mac client (9.1.15, 15821)
MacOS Monterey 12.2.1
I'm not sure what exactly the problem is。

are both internal/corporate resources and internet/public resources failing?
does ip access succeed?

Re: Pulse for Mac client (9.1.15, 15821) not working

Hi After investigation, only intranet resources could not be connected. Internet is normal. It seems that the intranet address has not been obtained.

Re: Pulse for Mac client (9.1.15, 15821) not working

I compared the normal device and it seems to be a connection type problem
The information after my device is connected: (I did not get the intranet IP)
Tunnel Type: PSAM
VPN Type: SSL/VPN

normally device
Tunnel Type: VPN
VPN Type: ESP
Assigned IPV4: 192.168.11.39

How can I modify the connection type?

Re: Pulse for Mac client (9.1.15, 15821) not working

[email protected] Apparently you're using a connection method which would provide application-access not typical network (layer-3) access, hence no IP address being assigned, however, that's not the problem as Pulse client support PSAM access for macOS starting from 9.1R15 version.

so, please check the role mapping rules and confirm if you are being mapped to the right profile on the server-side i.e., user role with L3 access.

as [email protected] said, you cannot change the type yourself; it is something that is controlled by the server and not the client
