Hi, pulse is hung on 'waiting to connect'. Sometimes it will quickly jump to 'connecting' just to immediately go back to waiting. This is my first time attempting to connect as I just downloaded the software yesterday. I'm not sure what to do outside of restarting the computer (which I've already done). Suggestions?
Thank you for confirming that you only use the client. The description you provided sounds like it could be something on the gateway preventing access; hopefully your admin can provide feedback on what may be happening
