Pulse install rollback

I am upgrade Pulsesecure from version 5.3.7 to 9.0, but when install 9.0, install rollback. Try old version 5.3.7, samething happen.

checking log:

 and in log, rollback install also fail. any suggestion?

What AV do you use?

Some AV would block the installation of new network drivers. Try to install Pulse Client after you have disabled your AV

jnprvamgr.inf is missing from the copied location, try disabling the AV or better Uninstall the AV and attempt the installation again.

In addition to what [email protected] suggested, there are a couple options to test:
copy the Pulse data files from a working system to the failing system
try the Microsoft uninstaller tool and then attempt install again: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal...

Symantec. Already try to disable AV, but still get same problem. even try uninstall the AV.

not known why the file is missing as I think installation should include copy files. But I have tried to copy files to the folder, still get error.

thank you for confirming that you have tested with the AV removed. can you test with the MS uninstall tool?

try the microsoft tools, pulse is not in the list of install or uninstall program list, choose the default one, nothing found.

I have issue installing pulse v9.0.3 on windows 10(64bit) image latop.

MS Uninstaller is working only when Pulse uninstall rollback occured. 

Unable to locate the path on installation rollback issues. 

Also uninstalled McAfee AV.

Added Maxnumfilter to 14 and deleted it. 

Tried with lower version of Pulse secure.

Performed system restore, issue persist.

 Any suggestions ??
