Re: Pulse install rollback

What AV do you use?

Some AV would block the installation of new network drivers. Try to install Pulse Client after you have disabled your AV

Re: Pulse install rollback

jnprvamgr.inf is missing from the copied location, try disabling the AV or better Uninstall the AV and attempt the installation again.

Re: Pulse install rollback

In addition to what @Ray suggested, there are a couple options to test:
copy the Pulse data files from a working system to the failing system
try the Microsoft uninstaller tool and then attempt install again: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal...

Re: Pulse install rollback

not known why the file is missing as I think installation should include copy files. But I have tried to copy files to the folder, still get error.

Re: Pulse install rollback

thank you for confirming that you have tested with the AV removed. can you test with the MS uninstall tool?

Re: Pulse install rollback

try the microsoft tools, pulse is not in the list of install or uninstall program list, choose the default one, nothing found.
