did anyone find the solution, i am also facing the same issue

this is working on more than 8000 machines, dont think antivirus is stopping it
go to C:\Users\<profile>\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\setup client
run uninstall.exe
afterwards you will be able to tun the new clinet without rollbak
@amit From the logs, it seems like jnprvamgr (Juniper Network Virtual Adapter Manager) driver installation is getting timed-out which is very weird, as I have seen jnprvamgr gets installed in many cases where jnprva would be time-out and mostly the issue is related to third-party S/W or drivers.
Can you please PM the pnputil /e and driverquery /FO list /v output by running it in cmd? preferrably, append these outputs to a text file using the redirection operation >> (outputfile.txt).
I tried uninstall from appdata uninstall.exe, still no luck
unable to attach the output file andit is not allowing to copy the content due to characters limit
I am also facing same issue for last 10 days. Unable to intsall the Pulse Secure app on windows 10
It is very frustating that Pulse Secure is not having any soultion for this.
