Pulse secure VPN randomly disconnecting with event-id 307 -CONNECTION FORCIBLY CLOSED BY REMOTE HOST

we are facing an issue for the last two days, people who connect to the pulse secure VPN client got disconnected frequently for all who are connected to the office network, Remote users connecting to the same VPN gateway didn't face the issue.

when checking the log file of pulse it shows the event id 307 - "AN EXISTING CONNECTION WAS FORCIBLY CLOSED BY REMOTE HOST"

sometimes the VPN is working fine for some hours continuously without disconnection, not sure what

is causing the issue, it's happening randomly for all. 

Pulse client version: 9.1.8.3134

OS: Windows 10 

No recent changes in the network and the internet connection is stable.

i would recommend opening a case with our support team. what version of pcs software are you using? there are multiple issues related to disconnects resolved in later appliance and software versions
