Pulse secure citrix services client could not be initialized properly

i was able to download pulse secure application via my company provided extranet portal. First it downloaded Pulse secure launcher and then Pulse secure host checker , Pulse secure client setup , Pulse secure citrix sevices client and when the pulse secure citrix services client tries to launch , the following pop up appears 

" Pulse secure citrix services client could not be initialized properly. click ok to exit and retry. If the problem persists, please contact administrator."

List of pulse related application in control panel :

Pulse Application Launcher

Pulse secure 9.0

Pulse secure citrix services client

Pulse secure Host checker

Pulse secure setup client

Pulse secure setup client 64-bit Activex control.

Have anyone gone through this issue? Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
