Pulse secure dose not load the connection windows.

Hello All,

When launching Pulse secure the software opens with no connection windows and dose not allow you to click on file to add connections.
After a reinstall the software works. But after a restart Pulse connection box is no longer available.

This is on a Windows 10 laptop.

Symptomatically, something is preventing the processes required from launching. Can you confirm that when you see the issue dsAccessService.exe and Pulse.exe are not running; can you also check in the services list (services.msc) for if Pulse Secue Unified Network Service is running? If it is not, can you activate it and check again?
Does this happen on all systems or only a few?
Are there any AV logs indicating a process being stopped?
Do you have BFE (base filtering engine) running?

I'm having the exact issue as described by the author.

Tried reinstall, repair etc doesn't work at all.

I've also checked the certificate to be SHA256.

Pulse Secure Window Client ver 9.0.3(1667)

at the taskbar, it does write "Pulse secure service is not running" but "pulse secure access service" is indeed running under task manager tab.

Yes, I just revived this old post due to the fact that i'm facing exactly the same issue.

@phakorn214: what version of Windows are you using? if you are using Windows 7, are all updates installed? (or does, an older 5.1 client work successfully?)
the log snippet you posted indicates that the software is being blocked from running due to having an invalid signature
