Pulse secure is failing to connect

Hi, I am getting following errors while trying to connect through pulse secure "The certificate or certificate chain is based on an untrusted root." and "The certificate chain is not complete." after proceedingI am getting this error

"HardDriveEncryption
Instructions: No instructions are available.
Reasons: FileVault 10.12.4 does not comply with policy. Compliance requires drives to be encrypted."

I am using Mac OS 10.12.4. Please kindly suggest me exact version of pulse secure to be installed with clear guidance as I have tried with 5.2R5,5.2R7 and 5.3R X. Please kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Re: Pulse secure is failing to connect

Hi,

The remediation message means the admin has configured Host Checker to only allow access if the users have encrypted hard drives (https://docs.pulsesecure.net/WebHelp/PCS/8.3R1/Home.htm#PCS/PCS_AdminGuide_8.3/Configuring_a_Predefined_Hard_Disk_Encryption_Rule.htm).
You will need to discuss how to gain access with your administrator who should inform you on what disk encryption you need to use (and what other security policies are in place for VPN access) or provide a Realm where this Host Check policy is not enforced.

Regards,
