Pulse secure launcher shows pulse secure UI, however doesn't set login/password

According to user guide, I launch pulselauncher as follows: 
pulselauncher.exe -url <url of irganization> -u <login> -p <password> -r <realm> -cert <certificate>
However the pulse secure UI is opened, where the network is created, but login/password are not, I should set them again.

Previously I used Juniper Network Connect 8.3, and the same .bat script works without repeating login/password :-(

PulseLauncher connections with username & password will be relayed to the VPN server, do you see the Pulse Client prompting for creds?

By the way, why are you passing -cert along with password?
