I am using a work laptop ans currently have pulse secure 5.3.4 installed. I am using my mobile phones hotspot for wifi and when i try to connect to my company it just says waiting to connect and if i click on the arrow the details says host not found.
I really need access to the pusle secure, can anyone suggest what i can do to fix this.
Ive noticed that my mobile connection say public network but im not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Any help will be appriciated.
@Rachel23 Are you able to ping the VPN hostname or try accessing the VPN from a web browser? please check DNS servers assigned to your Wifi interface.

For iOS devices using Pulse Secure through T-Mobile Cellular, what is cause of "no internet connection " when trying to access anything needing an internet connection, such as MS Teams or fetching new email.
However, when connected to WiFi, no issues at all.

@LesFisher69 I believe there's a known issue with T-Mobile ISP where the VPN connection will not be stable due to change of public IP address unless the roaming session feature is enabled on the VPN server. Do you see the same at your end?
