I have the same issue as "Desktop Client Minimized to Taskbar but Cannot be Opened/Restored" and Windows 10 - Hides RDP (Pulse secure terminal) session when minimized.
The workaround is to "maximize" the window by right clicking the process in taskmanager.
Is there a permanent solution to this issue, because I have already tried reinstalling the pulse secure client.
Is the issue occurs everytime when you connect using Pulse Client? because I've seen it happened only once per user and never re-occured after following the workaround.
Yes, everytime.
After restarting, after reinstalling the pulse client.
Can you please open a support ticket with us for further investigation, coz. that's something new...
I've got a similar looking issue.
Looks like Pulse Connect window is minimized, but it's actually displayed on the screen that is not connected to the laptop anymore.
I'm usually using two or three screens.
Unfortunately Pulse saves location of the window somewhere and does not check how many screens are reconnected after restart therefore it's trying to display window on no longer connected screen.
Unfortunately you can't move or resize that window.
I would love to know where those settings are stored so I can delete them when needed.
My only option right now is to plug additional screens, move Pulse Connect to laptop screen and then unplug the screens again - very painfull.
@Martin Try this fix - https://community.pulsesecure.net/t5/Pulse-Desktop-Clients/Pulse-9-0-3-1667-Authentication-window-is...
This worked. Thank you. [email protected]
I've used slightly different settings and exported them to .reg for ease of use in the future.
samlbottom = 300 HEX = 768 DEC
samlleft = 100 HEX = 256 DEC
samlright = 2b2 HEX = 690 DEC
samltop = 10 HEX = 16 DEC
Again thanks a lot for help. This was a very painfull problem.
Hi, I have the same problem but with macOS, how can I resolve it?
Thanks
Emiliano
