The workaround is to "maximize" the window by right clicking the process in taskmanager.
Is there a permanent solution to this issue, because I have already tried reinstalling the pulse secure client.
Is the issue occurs everytime when you connect using Pulse Client? because I've seen it happened only once per user and never re-occured after following the workaround.
Can you please open a support ticket with us for further investigation, coz. that's something new...
