Running Mac Big Sur 11.5.2 and latest PS 9.1.12 (10247) keeps disconnecting/reconnecting

Updated to Mac big sur 11.5.2 and getting timeouts, retries, disconnect/reconnects when using browswer or RDP client to my work. The SSLVPN connection seems stable, Up for 14m with bytes in/out, but anything I try to access, I get the above issues.

@tonyjdaniels You might be running into this known issue:

PRS-402686

Symptom: When accessing certain resources, Pulse Desktop Client gets disconnected and does not reconnect automatically.

Condition: When the DNS response for a particular resource exceeds 8192 bytes, then PDC is not able to process the response. The service crashes and is not able resume the prior session.

Workaround: None.

Check with your VPN provider and confirm if you have FQDN Split tunnel feature enabled which would cause this issue.

in addition to what [email protected] mentioned, there was a separate issue in which the 9.1R12 client could not maintain a connection past that point. can you check with your team on if you can test the 9.1R13 client?
