Successful Pulse Secure client installation does not install anything on macOS (Monterey 12.6)

I have to install the Pulse Secure client to access my customer's network.  I am on macOS (Monterey 12.6).  I download the Pulse Setup Client 9.1.9.4903 when accessing my customer's VPN.  The installation is successful but after the installation completes, there are no Pulse Secure icon, application, or files on my system.

Please assist.  I need to access my customer's network this weekend.

can you use a newer client?

Where would I download the newer client version?  The client download is provided by the customer's Ivanti portal. 

I would assume they support a specific version of the client.

on our support portal. you may want to ask them if they can give you a newer release from their login to the ivanti support portal
