Need help troubleshooting. Using Pulse 9.1.11 with a Windows 10 Dell laptop with Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160Mhz network adaptor. No issues last week, but was not able to connect as of Monday morning. When starting the compuer, on Monday, and connecting to a wireless network Pulse Secure will not connect. Typically it just says waiting to connect with Host not found inthe details. But if I go to the same router with a wired connenection Pulse connects without an issue. I am unable to ping the router when connected wirelessly but am able to ping the router when connected with a wire and logged into Pulse, but not before logging in. I have tried multiple other wireless networks with the same result. I have renewed and refressed via ipconfig, restarted multiple times. IT support at work uninstalled and reinstalled pulse secure but the problem persits.

@NotIT Please check if the WiFi has tunnel DNS servers configured and not removed after disconnecting from VPN. If yes, then that should be the reason for host resolution failures.

[email protected] This did appear to be the issue. The TCP/IPv4 DNS servers were set to the addresses that the Juniper Networks Virtual adapter uses. I re-set these to the Google public DNS servers and the issues was resolved.
@NotIT Please upgrade the Pulse Client version to 9.1R11.5 or 9.1R12 to fix this issue.
