Please replicate the issue and provide the debuglogs for review which help us identify the root cause.
Pulse Client Logs:
1. Open Pulse Client. 2. File >> Logs >> Annotate >> "upgrade-issue" 3. File >> Logs >> Log level >> Detailed. 4. Replicate the issue i.e. choose to upgrade the client and wait for it fail. 5. File >> Logs >> Save as.
