I work for Fluor.
When I Connected recently to work from my win 10 laptop the client said there was an upgrade.
When I Click Upgrade the popup says:
Downloading Pulse Secure
Download 50% Complete
It sits there and eventually says:
Failed to download the application.
Please sign in and try again.
If problem continues contact system admin.
My Currrent Version is: 5.3.4 (1183)
Ive tried many times with no luck.
Please replicate the issue and provide the debuglogs for review which help us identify the root cause.
Pulse Client Logs:
1. Open Pulse Client.
2. File >> Logs >> Annotate >> "upgrade-issue"
3. File >> Logs >> Log level >> Detailed.
4. Replicate the issue i.e. choose to upgrade the client and wait for it fail.
5. File >> Logs >> Save as.
Do we have any finding and solution on this ??
My VPN gateway running on 9.1.R6 and Client on 9.0.6 , having same issue on Windows 10
