When I tried to update the Pulse Secure Client 9. 1.7 to 9.1.11 it fails.
If I check my installation Log file this is the Error:
MSI (s) (E4:C0) [08:49:22:538]: Product: Pulse Secure -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action exe_def_StopAllPulseProcesses, location: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\MSIF439.tmp, command: /Stop /ProcessName pulse.exe /FilePathToRun "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Juniper Networks\JamUI\pulse.exe" /CLIArgsForProcess -stop
Any idea?

Can you please post the resolution of this issue so that the information is publicly available to avoid having to contact the support if there is a fix that can be applied?

What is clear here, however, is that a bug in the MSI is definitely present, so that the service of version 9.1.15 does not start cleanly.
