Windows 10 Pulse Secure Keep on disconnecting

Hi All,

We use Windows 10 enterprise 20H2 in our environment and we have Pulse Secure VPN client as Version 9.1.8575 It keep on disconnecting and reconnecting and sometime it doesn't event connect after user login.

We are struggling with these from past 4 months, is there any known issue with Pulse Secure version with Windows 10 OS version. Please help.

@Nikhil When was the last time it worked? Did it stop after any client or OS upgrade?

Is it possible to upgrade the client to the latest version and check the behavior?

 

BTW, when the connection is successfully established, do you recall seeing a virtual adapter being created under "Network connections"?

not specifically, no; however, i would recommend trying 9.1r15 as well as opening a case with our support team

We have noticed with our setup on an ESP connection our ISPs will disconnect our VPN sessions every 3minutes or so and we would have to reconnect them again.

Moving to SSL connection for these particular users stopped this happening.
